Beautiful Fabric

I loved the fabric and color of this dress. It’s very well made and the peak a boo inner skirt seems to be a Kay Unger original look. I had 2 problems with the dress. The floral pattern across the hips can be unflattering on an hourglass shape even if you have a small waist. This style could give an athletic shape woman more of a figure. The second issue was sizing I normally wear an 8 and followed the size chart and the 8 and 10 both fit my waist and hips but I couldn’t zip the even the 10 over my rib cage! I’m a 34 bra. I’ve been trying lots of dresses on for a MOTB dress and it’s the first time I encountered this problem.
