Nice for shorter frame

I'm 5'10 , 36D, 31 waist, size 10 dresses, purchased this jumpsuit in 12.. It's an odd fit as the top part is loose in chest area, the crotch is low, and the pants are almost like Capri length and tight in hips. It's very nice fabric but the jumpsuit is too awkward for me.
