Stunning dress

This was my MOB dress and I received compliments for it all night long. Even this weekend, 3 weeks after the wedding I ran into someone whose first comment was about how stunning the dress was. But like other reviewers said this dress has no “give” - I am 5’3”, 128 lbs but “hippy” so typically wear a Size 6 or 8. I ended up buying a Size 12 and had it taken in and shortened for my frame so it would fit comfortably. The other reason I took away one star is the dress creases very easily. But I am still glad I chose this dress because I felt like a million bucks.

Elegance in a Gown

Love this dress. Elegant and classy. Says what I want to say. I do think this dress runs larger than my prior Kay Unger gowns. Will require a bit more alterations than those in the past.

Beautiful gown with no stretch

I fell in love with this beautiful pink gown. I ordered a size 4 and size 6. I could have gotten away with either size, if I did not want to sit down. I am 5'4" and 130 lbs. small chest and waist, but hippy. The size 6 was the most comfortable, but as stated, I could not comfortably sit down. The fabric is very stiff. I returned both sizes. I wish it was more of a ballgown style.

Perfect for MOB

I found this dress to be a great choice for a MOB: great value, great quality for the price (even though I wish the fabric was a bit less stiff), great attention to the floral pattern details in terms of alignment, and true to size based on the size chart dimensions. There is no stretch what so ever, so for my 67 year old waist, I wish there was a touch of stretch. I normally fit into a size 2/4 depending on the style and stretch due to my waist, post-menopause, and the size 4 fit perfectly other than the waist being a little tight causing the back to gap a little if I'm not standing straight because the fabric is a little stiff. I am 5'-5" and 122 lbs, 32.5" bust/29.5" waist/36.5" hips. The dress is very eye-catching and nicely constructed for the price. I've ordered a size 6 but that size would require alterations at the bust and hips, I'm assuming. If so, I will wear the 4. So happy to have found an option under $1,000.00!
