Mother of the Groom Perfection

All I can say is, “this dress!” I went to a pop up event in MN hosted by @MotherOf (follow on Insta, FB, TikTok) at the end of February 2026 with my fellow mother of — I was MOG and brought the MOB and to-be-bride. The wedding date was June 21, 2026. I saw this dress, tried it on and just knew it was the one. I ordered the size I needed and the rest is history — I didn’t even look for another dress. It fit perfectly with no alterations needed. I wore four inch heels and am 5”6.

Ordering and arrival was easy and this dress was simply beautiful in every way. I loved the front slit bc it was a nice touch but not revealing, I could wear a normal bra with straps showing and the peplum styling was super flattering. My pro tip is have fun with your shoes!

I’d say it fits tru to size. I ordered a 0. I’m 5”6, 118lbs, 32A. If you’re bigger chested, I’d probably order up as it’s fitted so no stretch. I think anyone who orders will also say, “This dress!”

Gorgeous!

I cannot wait to wear this dress to my nephew’s wedding! It is made beautifully n it’s truly stunning on! Just for reference I’m just about 5’5” tall, weigh 145 lbs with a 36B chest. I got a size 8 n the dress itself fits like a glove. It just needs to be hemmed. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful gown

I recently ordered the light pink gown and had trouble with ordering proper size based on other reviews. With what I read the dress does actually run true to size, but I ordered a couple of sizes up and wished I had gone with a size 6. For perspective I am sport build, and size B/C chest, and I believe the 6 or maybe an 8 would have worked well. I will say it does not have any give, so I will see which size works better. The dress has been reordered and I will leave another review. Overall it’s a beautiful dress and I reordered in the pale blue and teal colors as I think they will be more flattering for me.
